Hungry Jack’s helped the R U OK? team share its message by supporting the 2014 Bus Campaign.
Hungry Jack’s wanted to do something BIG to give back to the community. Drawn to R U OK?’s commitment to changing the world one conversation at a time, in 2014, the team joined forces with R U OK? as its Principal Partner.
The R U OK? mission promotes inclusiveness; a key component of Hungry Jack’s brand DNA. R U OK? encourages all Australians to regularly and meaningfully ask “are you ok?” to support anyone struggling with life.
Hungry Jack’s helped the R U OK? team share its message by supporting the 2014 Bus Campaign. Over five-weeks and 12,000km, the team travelled across Australia in a bold yellow bus. Hosting 18 events and visiting 14 Hungry Jack’s restaurants, inspiring thousands of Australians to be even better mates by asking “are you ok?” more regularly of family and friends.
In addition to the Bus Campaign, Hungry Jack’s shared the message in its 380 restaurants through colourful and engaging activations to inspire customers to spread the R U OK? mission. Donation tins were placed on the counters of all restaurants alongside posters and tent cards.
Hungry Jack’s worked with its 16,500 crew to help them understand the steps of a meaningful conversation, creating a culture where people feel confident asking and answering the important question of R U OK?.
2015 is another big year for R U OK?, and Hungry Jack’s plans to be there every step of the way sharing the mission to foster engaging and thoughtful interactions among members of the community.
